Store Policies:
- Cancelling an order:
- We will offer a full refund minus any credit card fees associated with the transaction on your item(s) with a written request with your name and order number with which item(s) you want to cancel as long as the item hasn’t been pulled into production. Since these are handmade, custom items once it is pulled into production, we will offer a 50% refund.
Damaged item:
- Although it is very rare, if the item is damaged in shipping, please send us pictures of all sides of the box, the shipping label, and as many pictures that are needed to show the damage. We will either replace the damaged parts or replace the entire item for you depending on the extent of the damage at no cost to you.
Satisfaction guaranteed:
- If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order when you receive it, you can ask to return it during the first 60 days after delivery. However, it is your responsibility to package it back up securely so we can receive it back in good order. We will refund the cost of shipping once it is back in our possession and inspect for any damages that may have occurred in shipping. Any repairs will be deducted from the refund.
