The barrel console table (or sofa table) is made from 2 half barrel cabinets with doors, then we added solid oak between them to create the table. The table can be made just about any length you want, but we have 3 standard sizes for the overall width (outside of barrel to outside of barrel) of the table: 5′ 6″, 6′ 6″, and 8′.

nSeveral screws are added to the rings to keep the barrel from getting loose as it dries out. The screws and rings are painted black.

nYou can choose your color and lighting options for your barrel console table: battery white, battery colored, plug in white, and plug in colored. Colored options also include white as an option and have remotes. Plug in white has a switch that you can place on the outside the cabinet. Battery white lights turn on and off by pushing the lights.

nShelving options explained – Barrel lid shelf will be about 20-21″ left to right. Lid will be close to flat, but not perfectly flat due to the nature of barrel lids. They are reinforced with plywood underneath. Solid oak shelves will be made from red oak and stained to match the barrel. Shelf will be cut to about 22″ left to right and be a tighter fit inside the barrel (less gap between the side of the shelf and inside of the barrel). Oak shelves will be perfectly flat.
